libdomain-publicsuffix-perl software package provides module for parsing a domain to determine the public suffix, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdomain-publicsuffix-perl
libdomain-publicsuffix-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdomain-publicsuffix-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdomain-publicsuffix-perl *
You will get with libdomain-publicsuffix-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
